HARVEST HOUSE INN POLICIES


The Harvest House Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We have changed from a B&B to an inn as we will not be serving breakfast going forward.

Two guests only, no third person in a room without prior approval. Some rooms can sleep a 3rd person, for an additional fee, with advanced notice and approval; must call direct.

3rd party bookings set their own cancellation policies and they control those reservations.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us right away.* In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than (Thirty) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full (less $25.00) or partial refund will be made. Any cancellation outside of 30 days will be charged $25 per room, for handling the reservation (can be charged anytime after booking & normally goes toward your stay). We may charge in full <=30 days of arrival, 60 days for multiple rooms.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and with special requests. *A 60 day cancellation notice is required on multi-room bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Check-in: 3:00-6:00 PM for guests that have not received information to self check-in. Early check in okay if possible, but please call first . Normally we send self check-in information prior to arrival. In this case, check-in is 3-9pm. Look out for a text asking to send you everything you need. NO CHECK-INS OF ANY KIND WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AFTER 9:00pm LOCAL TIME. Gov't issued picture ID required.

The Harvest House is a smoke free property; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Each room will be able to park one normal sized vehicle on site. You cannot leave your vehicle without checking in. It will be towed, blocked, or you may be fined.

Quiet please at 9pm, common areas & garden closed 10pm-6:30am. Sorry, no hot plates or cooking of any kind in room.
Hot tub has limited availability, must shower PRIOR to entry, and closes at 9pm.
No cooler allowed in room with drain or plug.
WE HAVE DOGS ON-SITE.
No Pets or service animals without prior approval, no exceptions. Please call for help making arrangements for boarding.
If someone shows up w/a service animal that has not been verified and approved, we will refuse service and WILL still charge for entire reservation.
Sorry, no one under 18 without prior arrangement. Please call for availability.
Guests of guests not allowed unless specifically approved.
Please be aware that some dates require a minimum of 2 nights stay, please call direct if you're having trouble. A $25.00 per room deposit can be charged anytime after booking and is non-refundable for any reason. Multi-room bookings may require an immediate NON-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total booking price. Typically, we charge all reservations in full 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for multi-room).
